Thanks to you

A national campaign of gratitude to the military and veterans. The opportunity to say without words, "My life in a peaceful city, the freedom and independence of Ukraine are all possible thanks to you." This tradition, a gesture of respect, with the palm of the hand placed over the heart, creates an understanding of recognition between civilians and the military.

It is a simple gesture where one can express gratitude to the person who has protected our country and our peaceful life. The campaign includes two videos which were created and released. More than 50 celebrities and community leaders joined the flashmob.

Join the movement of giving thanks – place your hand over your heart when encountering members of the military and veterans.

Support groups
for veterans and veterans' wives

Support groups are a special format for open regular meetings with people who have been through similar experiences. This is a meeting place where one can share with other veterans (or veterans' wives) their experiences and concerns, and to receive Peer-To-Peer support.

To ensure that the Peer-To-Peer approach is used and to create a safe space, a veteran or a veteran's spouse who has been trained in shock trauma and prevention of PTSD is assisted by a trained moderator.

Meetings are focused on veterans gaining a better understanding of themselves, the events that occur in day to day life, all of which leads to better living standards.
